Overview

Your quote and invoice logo appears at the top of every quote PDF and invoice PDF you send. Upload it once on the Sales tab and it applies to every document going forward.

Who This Workflow Is For

The Sole Trader role.

Before You Start

Have a logo file ready in a common image format (PNG with a transparent background works well). A high-resolution version produces the cleanest PDF.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. In the left sidebar under ADMIN, select Business Settings.
  2. Open the Sales tab.
  3. In the Quote & invoice logo section, select Add file.
  4. Browse to your logo file, select it, and select Open.
  5. Confirm the preview shows the logo correctly. Replace the file if not.
  6. Select Save. The logo applies to all quote and invoice templates.

What Happens Next

The next quote PDF and invoice PDF you generate include your logo. Documents already produced keep their original logo — generate a fresh PDF if you need the new logo on an existing document.

Common Issues

  • Logo too big or distorted. Re-upload a higher-resolution version (ideally with the longest edge around 1000 px and a transparent background).
  • Old logo on a sent invoice. Sent documents keep their original branding. Generate a new PDF to refresh.
  • Upload fails. Confirm a standard image format (PNG/JPG) and not unusually large. Try a different browser.
