Complete Your Business Profile

Business Owners and Sole Traders. Admin users can complete the profile on the Business Owner’s behalf. Supervisor, Finance, Tradie, and Apprentice roles do not access Business Settings.

Overview

Capture the business details that appear on every quote, invoice, and email MyApprentice sends — name, contact, ABN, address, and any licences.

Before you start

Have your Business Name, contact email, phone, full business address, ABN, and any licences or qualifications (licence type, number, expiry).

Steps

  1. Sign in to MyApprentice. The left sidebar groups items under headings — under the ADMIN heading near the top, select Business Settings. The Business Settings page opens with the Business tab pre-selected.
  2. Confirm you are on the Business tab.
  3. Enter your Business Name, Timezone, Contact Email, Phone, and full Business Address.
  4. Enter your ABN (11 digits, no spaces).
  5. Scroll to Licences / Qualifications, select Add licence, and enter the licence type, number, and expiry. Repeat for each licence. Each licence row has a Show on client portal quotes checkbox — tick it if you want that licence to appear on quotes shown in the Client Portal.
  6. Select Save.

What happens next

Your details now flow onto every new quote, invoice, and email. Documents already sent keep the details they had at the time of sending. Next, upload your logo and set your payment methods — see Upload your quote and invoice logo and Set payment methods and terms.
