Who this guide is for
Tradies and Apprentices. Supervisors, Sole Traders, and Business Owners submit their own timesheets the same way when they have worked field shifts.
Overview
Send your week’s recorded time to your Supervisor or Business Owner for approval so it can flow into payroll.
Before you start
Review your clock-in and clock-out entries for the week and add any missing entries via Manual entry before submitting.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, select Timesheets.
- Open the week you want to submit.
- Review the entries day by day — date, start/end times (or hours), job allocation, travel vs work time, and notes.
- Add any missing entries via Add entry or Manual entry.
- Select Submit Week (or the equivalent button on your build).
- Confirm the submission.
What happens next
The week’s entries move to Submitted status, ready for your Supervisor or Business Owner to approve. Submitted weeks lock from further edits until approved (or unapproved by your Supervisor).
