Business Owners, Sole Traders, Admin, Supervisor, and Finance. Tradies and Apprentices have view-only access through assigned jobs and cannot edit client records.
Overview
Find an existing client, review their quotes, jobs, and enquiries, and update contact details when something changes.
Before you start
You need enough information to find the client — name, contact, email, phone, or address.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, select Clients.
- Find the client — browse the table or use the search bar to filter by name, contact, email, phone, or address.
- Select the client name to open the record.
- Review the linked Quotes, Jobs, and Enquiries counts — select a count to navigate to the related records.
- To update details, select Edit, change the fields, and select Save.
What happens next
Updated details flow into future quotes, jobs, and invoices. Documents already sent keep the details they had at the time of sending — edit and resend the document if you need to refresh it.
