Supervisor — Manage Your Own Profile

Who can do this?

  • The Foreman · Supervisors

Overview

Keep your own name, contact details, password, and security settings up to date from the Users section. The same flow used to view team users is where you find and edit your own record.

Who This Workflow Is For

The Supervisor role managing their own profile.

Before You Start

  • Have any updated details ready.
  • If you are changing your email, you will need access to the new inbox to verify it before logging in again.
  • MFA changes are managed in the Security tab.

Step-by-Step Process

Open your own user record

  1. In the left sidebar, select Users.
  2. Locate your own user record in the user list.
  3. Select Edit next to your record.

Update profile fields

  1. Update any of the editable fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Username
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Address
  2. (Optional) Use the Change password option.
  3. Select Save.

If you changed your email

  1. Open the verification email sent to the new address and verify it before logging in again.

Security / MFA changes (separate)

  1. To update MFA methods, open the Security tab — see Set up MFA.

Key Business Rules

  • Editable fields are confirmed: first name, last name, username, email, phone, role (display), and address; plus a Change password option.
  • Email change verification: the new email must be verified before login.
  • Role change. Changing your own role is not a Supervisor action — see the Business Owner role guide Edit a user or change a role.
  • Shorter MFA recency window. As a privileged role, you are asked to re-verify MFA more often than non-privileged roles. This is by design.
