Get set up

  1. Set up MFA — Turn on multi-factor authentication.

Run the dashboard

  1. Review your attention items at login — Daily action list at the start of every shift.

Manage jobs

  1. Review job progress and shift status — See where every job is up to.
  2. Add internal notes to a job — Capture private context for the team.
  3. Share job details with a client — Share schedule and progress via the Client Portal.
  4. Create a job — Create a new job manually or from an accepted quote.
  5. Complete a job — Finalise a job ready for invoicing.

Schedule the team

  1. Open today’s scheduled work — Start the day from the Dashboard schedule stream.
  2. View the schedule board — Day / Week / Month / Team / Person views.
  3. Assign a worker to a shift — Allocate work to the right person.
  4. Add Shift To-Do’s (task instructions for workers) — Visit-specific task lists.
  5. Edit a shift — Update date, time, or details.
  6. Reassign a shift — Move a shift to a different worker or add another.
  7. Delete a scheduled shift — Remove a shift before work starts.
  8. Create multi-day or recurring shifts — Longer or repeating bookings.

Do field work yourself

  1. Clock in and out — As a Supervisor you can also clock in/out for your own assigned shifts.

Timesheets

  1. Review submitted timesheets — Approve hours ready for payroll.
  2. Unapprove a timesheet — Reverse an approval to request a correction.

Quotes and invoices

  1. Create a quote or invoice — Build and send a quote or an invoice.
  2. Record quote acceptance or rejection — Capture a Yes or a No from the client.
  3. Mark an invoice as paid — Record payment received.
  4. Push an invoice to Xero — Single push or Send all to Xero.

Your account

  1. Supervisor — Manage Your Own Profile — Update your name, phone, address, password, and MFA settings.
