Overview

Your Dashboard shows the shifts your Supervisor or Business Owner has assigned to you. Use it to start the day, plan ahead, and confirm where you are working and when.

Who This Workflow Is For

The Apprentice role. Tradies see their assigned shifts the same way.

Before You Start

You need to be signed in. Your Supervisor or Business Owner will have assigned shifts to you before the day begins. If you do not see any shifts and you expected to, ask your Supervisor.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Open MyApprentice. The Dashboard is your home screen.
  2. Scroll to the schedule stream on the Dashboard. Your upcoming shifts for today and the coming days are listed in start-time order.
  3. For each shift, you can see:
    • Job and client — what work and which customer.
    • Location — the site address you are heading to.
    • Start and end times — when to arrive and when the shift is scheduled to end.
    • Assigned worker(s) — who else is on the shift with you (typically your Tradie or Supervisor).
  4. Select the shift to open the shift card and review the full detail — see Check your tasks for today.

What Happens Next

Once you have your day clear, do a quick review on each shift card before heading to site — that’s Check your tasks for today. On arrival, Record your time by clocking in.

Common Issues

  • No shifts shown for today. Either none have been booked, or you have not been assigned. Ask your Supervisor.
  • Cannot see shifts for tomorrow. The stream shows today and the coming days. Scroll down or open Schedule in the sidebar to see the week ahead.
  • A shift was added during the day. The stream updates in real time — refresh the Dashboard.
  • You cannot see other people’s shifts. This is by design — Apprentice sees only their own assigned shifts.
