Who this guide is for
Tradies and Apprentices. Supervisors, Sole Traders, and Business Owners can also complete shifts they have worked.
Overview
Close out a shift on site once the work for that visit is done — tick off the Shift To-Do’s, save your notes and photos, and mark the shift complete.
Before you start
You should have clocked out, completed your Shift To-Do’s, and added any notes or photos.
Steps
- Open the shift card from the Dashboard, Schedule, or job.
- Tick each completed item in the Shift To-Do’s section.
- Add any final shift notes or photos.
- Select Save.
- Select Mark Complete (or the equivalent button on your build).
- Confirm if prompted.
What happens next
The shift moves to a completed state. The job itself stays open until a Business Owner, Sole Trader, or Supervisor marks the whole job complete — see Mark a job complete.
