Who this guide is for

Tradies and Apprentices. Supervisors, Sole Traders, and Business Owners can also complete shifts they have worked.

Overview

Close out a shift on site once the work for that visit is done — tick off the Shift To-Do’s, save your notes and photos, and mark the shift complete.

Before you start

You should have clocked out, completed your Shift To-Do’s, and added any notes or photos.

Steps

  1. Open the shift card from the Dashboard, Schedule, or job.
  2. Tick each completed item in the Shift To-Do’s section.
  3. Add any final shift notes or photos.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Select Mark Complete (or the equivalent button on your build).
  6. Confirm if prompted.

What happens next

The shift moves to a completed state. The job itself stays open until a Business Owner, Sole Trader, or Supervisor marks the whole job complete — see Mark a job complete.

View your assigned shifts, Clock In and Out of a Shift, Upload Photos and Evidence on a Shift, Submit Your Timesheet for the Week.
