Everything My Apprentice does — and you get all of it
There's no tier list on this page. Every feature below is included on every seat, on every account, from a sole trader to a crew of twenty. If you don't use one, switch it off and the app gets simpler — the price stays exactly the same.
Winning the work
- Quoting — build a priced quote on site, line items autocomplete from your own price book, GST calculates itself, and the client accepts it online.
- Client portal — your customer gets their own page to track the job, accept the quote and pay the invoice. No account, no password, just a link.
Doing the work
- Jobs — an accepted quote becomes the job, with everything attached to it.
- Scheduling & dispatch — who's on what, when, and what they need to know before they get there.
- Timesheets — clock on and off against the job, approve the week, export for payroll.
- Offline mode — keep quoting and working with no reception at all. It syncs itself when you're back in range.
Getting paid
- Invoicing — invoice off the job before you've left it, and push straight to Xero.
- Online payments — customers pay by card from the invoice. Stripe handles it; we never see the card.
Knowing what it cost you
- Materials & inventory — your price book and what's actually on the van.
- Supplier invoice scanning — photograph the bill and it reads it, updates your stock and puts the cost on the job.
- Roles & permissions — the crew sees the work, not your buy price or your margins.
Why there are no plans
Most job management software puts the useful half behind a higher tier — the AI bits, the custom forms, the job templates — so the number you're quoted at sign-up isn't the number you end up paying. We price one way: per seat, per month, everything in, and the rate drops as your crew grows. See the bands.
