When the connection drops, the app keeps going. Why this matters more than it sounds

Losing signal isn't usually the problem. Losing the work is. It's the quote you rebuilt at the kitchen table that night because the app dropped it, the photo of the damaged wall that never uploaded, the variation nobody wrote down because there was nowhere to write it. Offline working removes the reason to fall back to a notepad — and a job that lives in a notepad is a job that doesn't make it onto the invoice.

Being straight with you

Some things genuinely need a connection, and we'd rather say so than have you find out on site. Anything that has to talk to someone else in real time — sending a quote or invoice, taking a card payment through the portal, pushing to Xero, scanning a supplier invoice, inviting a user, or your client opening their portal — waits until you're back online, then goes. Everything you do in the meantime is kept and sent with it.
