Apprentice — Help Centre Index

Who can do this?

  • Learning the Ropes · Apprentices

This index lists every Help Centre article written for the Apprentice role, in the order an Apprentice typically uses them through a working day. Use it as your map for starting the day, doing your part of the work on site, recording your time, and finishing up.

If you are still deciding what Apprentice can and cannot do, start with the Apprentice — Role overview.

Start the day

  1. Set up MFA — Turn on multi-factor authentication.
  2. View your assigned shifts — See what is booked for you today.
  3. Check your tasks for today — Review Shift To-Do’s, client and location details before heading to site.

On site

  1. Record your time — Clock in and out on your assigned shifts.
  2. Add notes — Capture progress notes or flag an issue.
  3. Add photos — Save photos against your shift.
  4. What to do when your work is complete — Mark Shift To-Do’s complete, clock out, hand back to your trainer/Supervisor.

When something is missing or unclear

  1. What to do if your work is missing or not visible — Cannot see a shift, cannot edit, cannot see a job you expected.

Finish up

  1. Create a manual timesheet entry — Add time you forgot to clock for.

Manage your account

  1. Manage your own profile — Update your name, phone, or password.
