This index lists every Help Centre article written for the Tradie role, in the order a Tradie typically uses them through a working day. Use it as your map for starting the day, doing the work on site, and finishing up.

Start the day

  1. Set up MFA — Turn on multi-factor authentication.
  2. Check today’s shift at the start of the day — See what is booked for you today.
  3. Review shift details before attending site — Pre-arrival review: client, location, Job To-Do’s, Shift To-Do’s, internal notes.

On site

  1. Clock in and out — Record your time against the shift.
  2. Complete the Shift To-Do checklist — Tick visit-specific tasks as you go.
  3. Add shift notes — Capture progress notes and flag issues via an internal note.
  4. Upload photos and evidence — Save photos against the shift.
  5. Mark the shift complete — Finish your part of the shift.

When work could not be completed

  1. What to do when your work could not be completed — Parts missing, return visit needed, blocked on site.

Finish up

  1. Submit your timesheet — Submit your week ready for approval.
  2. Create a manual timesheet entry — Add time you forgot to clock in for, or correct an entry.

Manage your account

  1. Manage your own profile — Update your name, phone, address, or password.
